American River Bankshares is a bank holding company. Through its banking subsidiary, American River Bank (the Bank), Co. accepts checking and savings deposits, provides money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit, makes secured and unsecured commercial, secured real estate, and other installment and term loans and provides other customary banking services. The Bank also conducts lease financing for most types of business equipment, from computer software to heavy earth-moving equipment. The principal communities served are located in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, Sonoma, and Amador counties.
