Aemetis is a renewable fuels and biochemicals company focused on the production of fuels and chemicals through the acquisition, development and commercialization of technologies that replace petroleum-based products by conversion of first-generation ethanol and biodiesel plants into biorefineries. Co. operates in two segments: North America, which includes its Keyes, CA ethanol plant, which is a dry mill ethanol production facility which produces denatured ethanol, wet distillers grains, corn oil and condensed distillers solubles; and India, which includes Co.'s biodiesel plant in Kakinada, India that produced biodiesel and refined glycerin.
