Yongye International is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of fulvic acid based crop and animal nutrient products for the agriculture and stock farming industry in China. Co.'s key product is liquid crop nutrient product, which consists of its fulvic acid compound base and nutrients, and can be applied to various types of crops by spraying the liquid product directly on the crops after dilution with water. Co. also produces powder animal nutrient product, which consists of its fulvic acid compound base and additional nutrients and Chinese herbs that reduce inflammation and is mainly used for dairy cows.
