Invesco Bond Fund is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide interest income while conserving capital by investing in fixed-rate United States investment grade corporate bonds with flexibility to invest up to 20% of the Fund's total assets in non-investment grade, United States dollar-denominated and non-United States dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers. The Fund may invest in government securities, asset-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities and residential mortgage-backed securities.
