Uranium Resources is an energy metals exploration and development company. Co. is engaged in acquiring and developing uranium projects in South Texas using the in-situ recovery (ISR) process. Co. also controls exploration properties in Turkey under exploration and operating licenses with exploration targets in Turkey, including the potential satellite Sefaatli project, which is located southwest of the Temrezli project. At Dec 31 2016, Co. had ISR projects and two licensed processing facilities in the state of Texas. Co. also has mineral holdings in the Grants Mineral Belt of the state of New Mexico and in the South Texas uranium province.
