Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the following activities: selling electricity generated from solar parks owned by Co. as independent power producer; pipeline (including obtaining permits required for solar power projects and sourcing of solar modules) and providing engineering, construction and procurement services; providing operating and maintenance services for solar parks; sales of solar modules; and building and transferring of solar parks. Co. has focused on the downstream solar market and has developed projects primarily in Asia, South America, Europe and North America. By design, Co. focuses on the downstream photovoltaic segment.
