Pacholder High Yield Fund is as a closed-end, diversified management investment company. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of the value of its assets in high yield debt securities. The Fund invests primarily in fixed income securities of domestic companies. J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc., an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase & Co., serves as investment adviser to the Fund, which is entitled to receive an annual investment advisory fee, computed and paid monthly after the end of each calendar month. As of Dec 31 2015, the Fund's investments portfolio totaled $132,864,577 and the Fund's assets totaled $135,238,205.
