Hanwha Q Cells is engaged in the manufacture of photovoltaic ("PV") modules, PV cells, silicon ingots and silicon wafers. Substantially all of the ingots, wafers and PV cells Co. produces are used for its own PV module production. Co. is also engaged in PV downstream business by developing solar power projects and providing engineering, procurement and construction services and operation and management services.
