The Guggenheim Emerging Markets Real Estate is an open-end mangement investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the AlphaShares Emerging Markets Real Estate Index. The Index measures and monitors the performance of the investable universe of publicly traded companies and real estate investment trusts deriving revenue from real estate development, management, and/or ownership of property in the countries of the S&P BMI Emerging Markets Index.
