Dyax is a biopharmaceutical company. Co. develops, commercializes treatments for hereditary angioedema (HAE), and identifies other disorders that are mediated by plasma kallikrein. Co. has developed KALBITOR which is for the treatment of acute attacks of HAE. Co. is also developing DX-2930, a human monoclonal antibody inhibitor of plasma kallikrein, which is a candidate to treat HAE prophylactically. Co. has a portfolio of product candidates being developed by licensees using its phage display technology. As of Dec 31 2014, this portfolio included one approved product, CYRAMZA® (ramucirumab) which is marketed by Eli Lilly and Company.
