db X-trackers MSCI EAFE Hedged Equity seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE US Dollar Hedged Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is designed provide exposure to equity securities in developed international stock markets, while at the same time mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the U.S. dollar and selected non-U.S. currencies. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $77,944,992 and $73,705,493, respectively.
