Nuveen Commodities Asset Management, LLC (the Manager) has selected its affiliate, Gresham Investment Management LLC, acting via its Near Term Active division, as Co.'s commodity sub-adviser. The Manager has selected its affiliate, Nuveen Asset Management, LLC, to manage Co.'s collateral in cash equivalents, U.S. government securities and other short-term, debt securities. Co. makes investments in the commodity futures contracts in the four sectors in the commodities markets: energy; agriculture; metals; and livestock.
