CMS Bancorp is a savings and loan holding company. Co.'s business is conducted principally through its subsidiary, CMS Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a retail savings bank offering residential mortgage loans and deposit products and commercial real estate, small business and consumer loans in Westchester County, NY, and the surrounding areas. The Bank also invests in several types of assets, including securities of several government-sponsored enterprises, corporations, municipalities and mortgage-backed securities. As of Sept 30 2013, Co. had total assets of $258.3 million and total deposits of $212.3 million.
