All of Co.'s assets and operations are located in the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. Co. is focused on two major areas of production: The Denver-Julesburg Basin and the Uinta Oil Program in the Uinta Basin. As of Dec 31 2016, Co.'s total proved developed reserves and total proved undeveloped reserves were 36.4 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBoe) and 18.5 MMBoe, respectively; which consisted of oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids.
