Costa is a designer and marketer of personal accessories and sunglasses. Co.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cross Optical Group, Inc., designs, manufactures and markets polarized sunglasses under the brand names Costa® and Native®. Co.'s brands provide sunglasses in more than 88 styles and 25 lens options. In addition, Costa provides prescription sunglasses. Native also provides sport goggles. Co. also sells apparel and accessory products such as hats, t-shirts, cords, cases and backpacks.
